1. What factors will you consider while choosing an event location? An event planner should be a person who can imagine the entire party once they enter a venue. As an event planner, you need to look for the capacity, amenities, and policies of the venue to make sure that it is the right one for your client. 

2. How will you deal with the different clients? There is no perfect answer to it but someone who can put themselves in their client’s perspective is one candidate you think will be able to negotiate with the client in a better way. 

3. How will you deal with any last-minute changes while planning an event? Well if you have a Hong Kong MICE company, you are very aware of the last-minute changes encountered by any event planner. So, look for the problem-solving skills of the candidate in this respect.
